Phtaya Terms and Conditions — What You Need to Know Before Using Our Services

01 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between the phtaya platform and its users. By using the phtaya website or app, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these terms.

07 Account Closure & Suspension

Phtaya reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Registration using false information.
• Extended periods of account inactivity.
• Account closure at the user's own request.

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please make sure to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.

08 Limitation of Liability

Phtaya makes every effort to keep its services running smoothly and without errors. However, phtaya will not be held liable for the following:

• Loss of a game or bet due to internet disconnection.
• Transaction delays caused by issues with third-party payment systems.
• Issues caused by the user's own device or software.
• Changes to game outcomes caused by unexpected technical errors.

However, if a bet is not properly recorded due to a technical error, phtaya will treat that bet as void and return the full stake amount to the user.
